The three conditions most EBAs have before hiring them are:

1. Provide them with a Pre Approval Letter stating that you can afford said amount Please read Pre-approval article. If you don't have one they can help you get one.

2.Some EBAs do require a retainer for the day, which if you decide not to purchase is their payment for spending the day with you.
