It depends on the agent, but usually you can see 3-7 homes in a day. After you fill out the online form that states that you will hire an EBA, you will receive and email from the EBA/BA with their day contract and their requirements. After you hire the EBA/BA, they will set up a time to view the home with you and ask if you would like to see any other homes. They will also search on MLS to see what else is on the market for you.
