If one of the Clients
from The Buyer’s Choice purchases your advertised Virtual Tour Property you
will be reimbursed your Virtual Tour Fee of $99 at closing.
For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent, understand that Buyers will be able to hire a buyer agent on the virtual tour page.
For Sale By Owner, Listing Agent and Seller also understand and agree that any buyer inquires to Hire a Buyers Agent will be forwarded to an Exclusive Buyer Agent or Buyer Agent.

For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent, understand that this site will have a password area and the buyers information gathered by this form will be forwarded only to the Corbett Team
For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent, understand that virtual tour page will have free reports on buying and selling, the buyer or seller information gathered by this form will be forwarded only to the Corbett Team unless Listing Agent submit the virtual tour to the Corbett Team or Homestotour, then the information collected will be forward to both the listing agent and the Corbett Team

Virtual Tour. It is understood that Virtual Tour will be online for 3 month and can be extended for an additional charge.
HomesToTour.com or The Buyer's Choice cannot guarantee the Hosting Company
or Internet Service Provider communication failure.
For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent and Seller agree that any material submitted for publication will not contain anything leading to an abusive or unethical use of the Web Hosting Service or Host Server. Abusive and unethical materials and uses include, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, computer viruses, any harassing and harmful material or uses, any illegal activity, or material advocating illegal activity, and any infringement of privacy or libel.
For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent and Seller hereby agrees
to indemnify and hold harmless Homestotour.com or The Buyer's Choice from any
claim resulting from For Sale By Owner or
Listing Agent and Seller’s publication of material or use of those
materials.
For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent and Seller hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homestotour.com and The Buyer's Choice in any claim resulting from the submission of illegal materials.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Homestotour.com or The Buyer's Choice, it’s offices, agents, or anyone else involved in creating, producing, or distributing its services, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Homestotour.com or The Buyer's Choice’s services; or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion, or loss of files or data, errors, defects, delays in operations, or of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communication failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Homestotour.com or The Buyer's Choice’s records, programs, or services. For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent and Seller hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content on Homestotour.com or The Buyer's Choice’s services.
Notwithstanding the above, For Sale By Owner or Listing
Agent and Seller’s exclusive remedies for all damages, losses, and causes of
actions whether in CONTRACT, tort including negligence, or otherwise, shall not
exceed the aggregate dollar amount that For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent and Seller paid during the
term of this CONTRACT.
It is understood that Homestotour.com does not Represent For Sale By Owner or Seller or is a sub agent of the listing company, and all information given to Homestotour.com will be passed on to exclusive buyer agents or buyer agents.
For Sale By Owner, Listing Agent or Seller, understand that by using our HomesToTour services does not constitute that we have entered into a contract with Homestotour.com or The Buyer's Choice to represent you in selling your property.
Homestotour is affiliated with The Buyer's Choice in Lincoln, RI who is an exclusive buyer agency. If the property is listed with a real estate company, Principal broker, agrees with the terms and conditions of HomesToTour.com.
For Sale By Owner, Listing Agent or Seller may cancel Virtual Tour on the www.HomesToTour.com site with written notice fax or mailed to The Buyer's Choice: 1614 Lonsdale Ave Lincoln RI 02865 (401)723-4377 FAX at anytime and the Virtual Tour will be Taken off the www.HomesToTour.com website.
For Sale By Owner, Listing Agent or Seller appointment for photo session may only be cancelled 24hrs before the appointment
After photo session Virtual Tour Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
Any disputes in excess of $1000 (or the maximum limit for small claims court) arising out of this CONTRACT shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the Joint Ethics Committee or a mutually agreed-upon Arbitrator pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The Arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. For Sale By Owner, Listing Agent or Seller shall pay all arbitration and court costs, reasonable attorney’s fee and legal interest on any award or judgment in favor of Homestotour.com or The Buyer's Choice
In order for HomesToTour.com to remain in business, payment must be given at the scheduled Photo session at the property. Check must be made to The Buyer's Choice
Entire Understanding
The parties have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions of www.HomesToTour.com
These Terms and Conditions CONTRACT constitutes the sole agreement between Homestotour.com and (For Sale By Owner or Listing Agent and Seller) regarding its 360 Virtual Tour Service. It becomes effective only when signed by both parties. This CONTRACT shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. The parties agree that if any, part, term, or provision of this Terms and Conditions /Agreement shall be found illegal or in conflict with any valid controlling law, the validity of the remaining provision shall not be affected thereby. The undersigned agrees to the terms of this CONTRACT .
